Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
- Assist with the delivery of individualised learning plans and therapeutic interventions.

- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve academic and personal goals.
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being to the relevant team members.
- Participate in staff training and development to enhance support strategies.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good levels of Maths and English.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience in education or social care settings.
- Knowledge of attachment theory and child development.
- Experience with therapeutic interventions or behaviour support strategies.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and supportive school environment.
