• Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve academic and personal goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good levels of Maths and English.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

• Experience in education or social care settings.
• Knowledge of attachment theory and child development.
• Experience with therapeutic interventions or behaviour support strategies.
