Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support student learning and achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's Mathematics curriculum and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and a collaborative team approach.

Preferred

  • Experience in a co-educational or boarding school setting.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of teaching methodologies and technologies.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles within a school.
  • Experience with curriculum development or assessment strategies.
