Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 ability ranges.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated teaching and assessment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Maths.
- Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Further Maths at A-level.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Previous experience in a school with a similar ethos and values.
