The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons in line with the National Curriculum for GCSE Mathematics.
- Utilise modern teaching technologies, including Zoom Teaching and online resources, to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with a national team of educators to develop and deliver consistent, high-quality lessons across the UK.
- Support students in developing a self-directed learning approach, encouraging initiative and responsibility.
- Participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities through the school's Global Teacher Academy.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment with minimal behavioural challenges.
- Stay up to date with exam specifications and ensure all teaching practices align with current standards.
- Contribute to the school’s mission of empowering students to reach their full potential through innovative and inclusive education.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree or similar qualifications in a relevant subject area.
- Recent teaching experience with students in Key Stage 5 (KS5).
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for GCSE Mathematics, including exam specifications.
- Experience with modern teaching methods and technologies, including online platforms and Zoom Teaching.
Preferred
- Experience with self-directed learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with international education standards and practices.
- Experience with the use of digital tools in the classroom.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
