Maths Teacher - Maternity Cover position available at a school in South Warwickshire.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to provide maternity cover until December 2026, starting in April 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and forward-thinking teacher to contribute to a high-achieving department and support student progress in Mathematics at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Support the development and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum and assessment changes.
- Work collaboratively with a strong and supportive department and senior leadership team.
- Promote a positive learning environment and ensure all students make excellent progress.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning through effective planning, assessment, and feedback.
- Provide pastoral support to students where appropriate.
- Participate in departmental meetings and staff development activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Mathematics at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and high standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with recent curriculum and assessment changes in Mathematics.
- Experience with teaching in a small, high-achieving school.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
- Experience with using interactive technology in the classroom.
