Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils within the nursery/infant division.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for learning.
• Enable children to build literacy, language, and numeracy skills.
• Encourage exploration, independence, and problem-solving through hands-on learning.
• Support and deliver high-quality after-school provision as part of the extended learning program.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children’s progress and attainment.
• Stay up to date with best practices in early years education and implement innovative strategies.
• Work collaboratively as an integrated part of a team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Early Years teacher with QTS status or its equivalent.
• Experience in teaching children from the age of 12 months to 3 years.
• Native English speaker.
• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally.

Preferred

• Experience with after-school programs or extended learning initiatives.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Demonstrated ability to promote positive behaviour and social development.
