Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to Year 12 and Year 13 students.
- Support students in achieving excellent exam results in A-Level Law.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student progress and attainment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the department.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and student support.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school’s values.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Law.
- Experience teaching A-Level Law or equivalent.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student achievement and pastoral care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
