Part Time Prep School Teacher required for September 2026, 0.5 FTE, Monday – Friday mornings.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a variety of subjects to Key Stage 2 pupils in a small class setting.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support student learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a curriculum that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Provide pastoral care and support to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.
- Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Support the school’s mission, values, and ethos in all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Stay up to date with current educational practices and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in a 4–11 school setting.
- Proven ability to teach Key Stage 2 subjects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
- Flexible and adaptable working style, with availability Monday – Friday mornings.
Preferred
- Experience with co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
- Previous experience in a school with a strong pastoral care ethos.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take on additional responsibilities.
