The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire and engage students.
- Support the development of students’ physical and personal skills through a range of sporting activities.
- Work collaboratively with the PE team to maintain and improve academic outcomes in PE and sport.
- Manage and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Contribute to the delivery of Cambridge National and Cambridge Technical qualifications in Sport.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture aligned with the RISE values.
- Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities.
- Assist with extra-curricular sports and activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
- Experience in teaching Physical Education at secondary level.
- Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Cambridge National or Cambridge Technical qualifications in Sport.
- Experience in leading or supporting extra-curricular sports activities.
- Background in staff development or professional learning.
- Passion for promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
