As a PE Teacher, you will play a vital role in preparing students for their iGCSEs and A Levels, while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is an opportunity to inspire and engage students through innovative and inquiry-based lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare students for their iGCSEs and A Levels through structured and engaging PE lessons.
• Design and deliver inquiry-based lessons that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student well-being and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary units and support student learning across subjects.
• Assess and document student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and the school community about student performance and well-being.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong knowledge of PE BTEC curriculum.
• University degree or official certification in Physical Education or related field.
• Ability to design educational materials and lesson plans.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching iGCSE or A Level PE.
• Experience with inquiry-based teaching methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
