Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons that promote physical literacy and student wellbeing.
• Support the development of extracurricular sports and physical activity programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for students of all abilities.
• Contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives and student development programs.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during all PE-related activities.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and student behaviour in all lessons and activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified in Physical Education or a related field with a recognized teaching credential.
• Minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience at the secondary school level.
• Experience in delivering a broad PE curriculum, including fitness, team sports, and skill development.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
• Strong understanding of student wellbeing and behaviour management.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with IB or A Level curricula.
• Experience with extracurricular sports programs or student leadership initiatives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
