The Opportunity:

As a People Partner, you will support leaders and managers across the school, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role combines strategic people partnering with operational HR expertise, offering a chance to influence positive change and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of people matters across the organisation
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and managers to drive engagement and support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations and resolve complex cases with a focus on fairness and resolution
  • Support recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the school is staffed effectively
  • Contribute to organisational development and lead change initiatives across the institution
  • Deliver leadership and management development programmes that support employee growth
  • Design and implement employee engagement and wellbeing activities to enhance the workplace culture
  • Develop and maintain policies that support continuous improvement and compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in providing HR support to leaders and managers
  • Understanding of employment law and best practices in HR

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and wellbeing strategies
  • Experience with change management and organisational development
  • Familiarity with recruitment and workforce planning processes
  • Background in leadership and management development
