The Opportunity:
As a People Partner, you will support leaders and managers across the school, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role combines strategic people partnering with operational HR expertise, offering a chance to influence positive change and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of people matters across the organisation
- Build strong relationships with leaders and managers to drive engagement and support business objectives
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex cases with a focus on fairness and resolution
- Support recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the school is staffed effectively
- Contribute to organisational development and lead change initiatives across the institution
- Deliver leadership and management development programmes that support employee growth
- Design and implement employee engagement and wellbeing activities to enhance the workplace culture
- Develop and maintain policies that support continuous improvement and compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in providing HR support to leaders and managers
- Understanding of employment law and best practices in HR
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector
- Knowledge of employee engagement and wellbeing strategies
- Experience with change management and organisational development
- Familiarity with recruitment and workforce planning processes
- Background in leadership and management development
