As a Pre-Prep Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young learners from Early Years 1 to Year 2. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team at a school that will become a leading institution in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, innovative, and age-appropriate curricula for Early Years 1 to Year 2 students.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless educational experience across the Pre-Prep and future Prep & Senior School.
  • Support the school’s mission of nurturing the whole person through a holistic approach to teaching and learning.
  • Engage with parents and the wider school community to build strong relationships and ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Pre-Prep building and its learning spaces.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the school’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Early Years or Primary education.
  • Strong classroom management and pedagogical skills.
  • Commitment to the holistic development of children.
  • Experience in a British or international school setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum design or leadership roles within education.
  • Familiarity with British educational frameworks or international curricula.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to support multilingual learners.
  • Experience with child protection and safeguarding procedures.
