The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Support students in achieving the highest standards academically and personally.
- Contribute to the development of a well-rounded curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents to support student progress and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and empathy among students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in a Prep School setting.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
- Experience in working with children aged 6 months to 11 years.
Preferred
- Experience in leading extra-curricular activities.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology.
- Experience with curriculum development.
- Background in a school with a strong focus on character development and global citizenship.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £46,000 per annum.
