A Primary Class Teacher is needed for a full-time temporary role, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a class, delivering high-quality teaching, and supporting student progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a class, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Deliver high-quality teaching based on the English National Curriculum for England and Wales.
- Promote the school’s philosophy and values through engaging and creative lesson planning.
- Support student progress and attainment through regular assessment and tailored interventions.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and events to enhance the student experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support a positive team culture.
- Model best practice and contribute to the ongoing professional development of the teaching team.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students during all on-site and off-site activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
- Proven record of outstanding teaching and student progress.
- Experience teaching the English National Curriculum for England and Wales.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Preferred
- Experience in modelling best practice in teaching and learning.
- Internationally minded outlook with experience in multicultural environments.
- Evidence of leading or supporting a team in a school setting.
- Creative approach to lesson planning and classroom management.
