Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
  • Plan and implement creative, interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
  • Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
  • Support the school’s mission of fostering global citizens through quality education

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor Honours Degree in Education or related field with specialization in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience at primary level
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Classroom management skills that promote positive behavior and engagement
  • Proficiency in using educational technology as part of teaching practice

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international school setting
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
