Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
- Plan and implement creative, interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
- Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
- Support the school’s mission of fostering global citizens through quality education
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor Honours Degree in Education or related field with specialization in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience at primary level
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan and deliver creative lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
- Classroom management skills that promote positive behavior and engagement
- Proficiency in using educational technology as part of teaching practice
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an international school setting
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL)
