The Opportunity:

As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will be central to the day-to-day life of the College, providing a warm and approachable presence for students, staff, and parents. This role combines organisational skills with meaningful pastoral engagement, supporting students during a crucial stage of their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth running of College operations and administrative functions.
  • Provide a responsive and approachable presence for students, staff, and parents.
  • Assist in fostering a well-organised and supportive community within the College Hub and residences.
  • Collaborate with the pastoral and administrative team to ensure student needs are met.
  • Engage proactively with students to support their academic and personal development.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with events, activities, and general College operations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with College policies and procedures.

Required

  • Proactive and highly organised individual with experience working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
