The Opportunity:
As a Residential Graduate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s residential community and the PE Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a pastoral role while contributing to the well-being and development of students in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the residential team in maintaining a positive and safe environment for students.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of boarding house operations.
- Promote and develop a positive school ethos within the boarding community.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
- Collaborate with the PE Department to enhance student engagement and participation in sporting activities.
- Participate in the delivery of the school’s summer programs and holiday activities.
- Contribute to the overall student experience through a range of extracurricular and residential duties.
- Ensure the smooth running of boarding house events and routines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in pastoral care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Flexibility to work during term time and holidays, including the summer school period.
