The Opportunity:

As a Residential Graduate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s residential community and the PE Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a pastoral role while contributing to the well-being and development of students in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the residential team in maintaining a positive and safe environment for students.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of boarding house operations.
  • Promote and develop a positive school ethos within the boarding community.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
  • Collaborate with the PE Department to enhance student engagement and participation in sporting activities.
  • Participate in the delivery of the school’s summer programs and holiday activities.
  • Contribute to the overall student experience through a range of extracurricular and residential duties.
  • Ensure the smooth running of boarding house events and routines.
