The Opportunity:

As a School Administration Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operations of the school. This position includes responsibilities as the Examination Officer, ensuring smooth administrative processes that support both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • Act as the Examination Officer, overseeing examination processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support the school’s therapeutic and educational mission by providing a high-quality administrative service.
  • Liaise with staff, students, and external agencies to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student data and school operations.
  • Assist with the planning and organization of school events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to other school departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with examination processes and procedures.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a special needs or therapeutic education environment.
  • Familiarity with SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) support frameworks.
  • Knowledge of educational administration software or systems.
