The Opportunity:
We are seeking a School Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the school. This is a part-time, term-time only role with flexible working hours between 4pm and 10pm. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all school premises to a high standard.
- Ensure all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the school’s expectations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Work independently and as part of a team to support the school’s operations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in classrooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with general tasks as required during term time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Flexibility to work part-time between 4pm and 10pm, term time only.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Willingness to undergo child protection screening and background checks.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
