Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver clear, well-organized lessons aligned with school standards and students’ developmental needs.
  • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and use assessments to monitor and guide student growth.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that supports learning and positive behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in professional learning, team collaboration, and the school improvement process.
  • Support the mission, vision, values, and Expected Student Outcomes of the school.
  • May assist with student support and/or Bible class teaching responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • Valid teacher certification or licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
  • Commitment to Christian education and ability to integrate faith into teaching and community life.
  • Alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and values.

Preferred

  • Experience in international or multicultural school settings.
  • Experience using standards-based curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
