Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Graduate Certificate in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a SEND or inclusive education setting
• Strong knowledge of the UK secondary school curriculum
• Ability to design and implement individualized learning plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience with assessment tools and progress monitoring techniques
