The Opportunity:

As a Mathematics Inclusion Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs to achieve academic success in Mathematics. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, challenging Maths lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Support teachers in planning and implementing strategies for students with additional needs
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve student performance in Mathematics
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and individual learning goals
• Attend department meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teaching and learning practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in teaching Mathematics at GCSE level
• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with strong subject knowledge
• Experience working with students with additional needs
• Understanding of IEPs and pupil passports
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning

Preferred

• Experience with the IB curriculum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student success
