Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs across a range of age groups and learning environments.
- Assist in the implementation of individual and group education plans in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
- Provide support with personal care and well-being needs of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and work flexibly across the school.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum qualification of GCSE or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- A warm and caring personality
Preferred
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Previous experience in education or support roles
- Experience with implementing individual education plans
