Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs across a range of age groups and learning environments.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual and group education plans in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
  • Provide support with personal care and well-being needs of students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
  • Adapt to different classroom settings and work flexibly across the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum qualification of GCSE or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A warm and caring personality

Preferred

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Previous experience in education or support roles
  • Experience with implementing individual education plans
