Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in secondary science education.
- Strong subject knowledge in chemistry.
- Experience of teaching to GCSE and A Level standards.
- Commitment to student well-being and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience of working in a selective or grammar school setting.
- Experience with curriculum development and leadership within a department.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies for diverse learners.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
