Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
- Support students in developing key skills such as literacy, critical thinking, and communication.

- Work closely with other staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to student well-being and academic success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering high-quality lessons that promote student engagement and achievement.
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
- Experience in leading or contributing to professional development initiatives.
