Key Responsibilities:

  • Support play-based and inquiry-led learning that encourages communication, language, and social development.
  • Aid in the delivery of phonics and early literacy activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or an Arabic language qualification.
  • A clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles.
  • Experience in supporting phonics and early literacy.
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with children, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a British curriculum school or international setting.
  • Familiarity with multicultural environments and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Experience with classroom organisation and resource management.
