Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers with day-to-day lesson-related tasks and classroom activities
  • Observe and support students in class, monitoring their academic and personal progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and external organizations
  • Collaborate with teachers in the classroom and provide individualized support to students
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a bilingual teaching approach
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Help prepare and organize classroom materials and resources

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Certified training as an educator or equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in German and native-level English proficiency
  • Experience working with young adults in an educational setting
  • Commitment to a child-centered, bilingual teaching approach

Preferred

  • Experience in an international school environment
  • Background in teaching or education-related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
