Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance to students based on individual learning needs.

  • Reinforce learning objectives and adapt tasks to support pupils' academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive and engaging learning experiences.

  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • C1–C2 level of English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting teaching and learning in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong behaviour-management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to follow teacher planning and adapt tasks to support pupils’ needs.
  • Commitment to high-quality pupil support and teamwork.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula, such as the British Curriculum.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and methods.
  • Experience in a bilingual or multilingual educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
