Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group assistance to students based on individual learning needs.

- Reinforce learning objectives and adapt tasks to support pupils' academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- C1–C2 level of English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- Experience in supporting teaching and learning in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong behaviour-management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ability to follow teacher planning and adapt tasks to support pupils’ needs.
- Commitment to high-quality pupil support and teamwork.
Preferred
- Experience with international curricula, such as the British Curriculum.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and methods.
- Experience in a bilingual or multilingual educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
