The Opportunity:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students and enhancing their learning experience. You will work closely with tutors to deliver curriculum support, provide 1:1 assistance, and help students achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the curriculum by assisting with lesson planning and resource preparation.
- Provide in-session support to engage and progress student learning.
- Offer 1:1 support in the specified curriculum area, helping students with individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with tutors to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with the management of classroom resources and materials.
- Support students in developing independence and confidence in their learning.

Preferred
- Experience in special educational needs and autism support.
- Previous experience in a teaching or educational support role.
- Familiarity with National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
