Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the school, representing it with warmth, professionalism, and credibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with primary schools, relocation services, and key influencers to connect families with the school.
- Promote the school at open days, education fairs, and events, encouraging families to consider it as their school of choice.
- Support marketing campaigns, track leads, and monitor outcomes to grow day student admissions.
- Encourage referrals from families, staff, and alumni.
- Raise awareness of the school through targeted communications, local media, and parent networks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Confident, engaging, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record in admissions, sales, marketing, or outreach, ideally within UK education.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Deep understanding of what parents seek in a private school.
- Access to reliable transport for visits and events.
