Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a supportive and inclusive living environment within the boarding house.
• Supervising and mentoring students outside of school hours, fostering personal growth and well-being.
• Participating in extracurricular activities, outings, and events.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.
• Serving as a role model and advocate for the school's values and ethos.
• Providing guidance and support to students in both academic and personal matters.
• Maintaining open communication with parents and school staff regarding student progress and concerns.
• Ensuring the implementation of school policies and procedures related to student welfare and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

Preferred

• Experience in a residential or boarding school environment.
• Experience with child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Knowledge of pastoral care and student welfare practices.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
