Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain stock levels of supplies for resale to pupils and departments.
- Purchase appropriate supplies based on demand and usage patterns.
- Organise and arrange the resource facility to ensure easy access and efficient operations.
- Monitor and control inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Provide support to departments and pupils by supplying required materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements and transactions.
- Collaborate with other staff to identify and address supply needs.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment within the resource facility.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in stock management and control.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
