Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in A Level Business Studies and BTEC Enterprise
- Support students in achieving strong academic results and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning of enrichment activities
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students where appropriate
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in business and enterprise education
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular involvement
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level Business Studies and/or BTEC Enterprise
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
- Experience in developing and delivering innovative teaching resources
- Familiarity with enterprise and entrepreneurship education
- Experience in a boarding school or similar educational setting
- Experience in pastoral care or student support
