Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons at GCSE and A Level.
• Support students in achieving excellent academic results.
• Contribute to the development of the Business Department and its curriculum.
• Assist in the teaching of Travel and Tourism at KS4 where appropriate.
• Participate in staff development and ongoing training opportunities.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students across the 11–18 age range.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of behavior and academic achievement in the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in Business Studies.
• Ability to teach Business Studies at GCSE and A Level.
• Experience working with students aged 11 to 18.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience teaching Travel and Tourism at KS4.
• Experience with innovative teaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school with a supportive and collaborative culture.
