• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that support student progress and outcomes.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly to inform teaching and learning strategies.
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Proven teaching experience within the primary sector
• In-depth knowledge of teaching, learning, and behavior management strategies
• Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
• Commitment to the vision, aims, and values of the school

Preferred

• Experience in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
