As a Co-curricular Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of co-curricular activities, events, and trips. This role is essential in ensuring that students have access to a vibrant and well-organised programme that supports their personal and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer co-curricular activities, events, and trips across the school.
- Manage room bookings, fixtures, competitions, and educational visits.
- Work closely with teaching staff, students, parents, and external providers.
- Ensure the smooth running of all co-curricular programmes and events.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to activities and events.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Support the delivery of a vibrant and inclusive co-curricular programme.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in an educational setting, preferably in an office environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with IT systems and databases.
