Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across a range of subjects for students aged 2 to 11.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Support the school’s mission by promoting values such as kindness, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification and relevant experience in primary education.
  • Experience teaching across a range of ages and abilities, ideally from Early Years to Year 6.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to the school’s values, including kindness, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a Catholic or values-based school environment.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student well-being support.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
