Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire and challenge students of all abilities to reach their full potential
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Product Design
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and improve student outcomes
• Plan, resource, and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support the wider department in achieving its goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Design Technology
• Strong subject knowledge in Product Design
• Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4
• Commitment to student progress and academic achievement
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with continuous professional development
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies
• Experience working in a Church of England school or similar setting
• Ability to contribute to the wider department and school community
