The Opportunity:

As a Digital Learning Lead, you will shape the future of education by driving digital learning and EdTech integration across the Trust. This role empowers staff and students to use technology to enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Trust’s digital learning strategy.
  • Support staff in embedding technology and AI into everyday teaching and learning practices.
  • Promote the effective and inclusive use of EdTech across all schools.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistent and impactful implementation.
  • Identify and recommend innovative EdTech tools and practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on digital learning and AI integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital learning initiatives.
  • Work with external partners to explore new opportunities in education technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in digital learning or EdTech within education.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enhanced teaching and learning practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with school leaders and staff.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or managing digital learning initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in education.
  • Background in education technology or software development.
  • Experience in training or supporting staff in the use of technology.
