The Opportunity:

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all lettings on site, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities such as the artificial grass pitches, swimming pool, school halls, and auditorium. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively within a dedicated site team, while making a meaningful contribution to the school’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all lettings on site, including the artificial grass pitches, swimming pool, school halls, and auditorium.
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication with letting partners, including football club representatives.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Astro pitches.
  • Support site security and carry out related duties around the school.
  • Work flexibly as part of the site team, demonstrating strong communication and IT skills.
  • Fulfill site-related responsibilities, including the requirement to hold a valid 3-day first aid certificate.
  • Assist with general site maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Valid 3-day first aid certificate (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied and sometimes unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

  • Experience in site management or facilities management.
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with event management or letting services.
