The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Heilbronn and surrounding areas. This role involves providing holistic support to children aged 0–6 in a bilingual, creative, and immersive environment that emphasizes music, STEM, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic support to children in cognitive, emotional, and creative development
  • Prepare and implement parent meetings to maintain strong communication with families
  • Regularly observe and document the holistic development and abilities of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative and bilingual educational concepts
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
  • Support children in daily activities and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the evolution of pedagogical methodologies
  • Maintain a strong connection with the school’s mission and values through daily practice

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Certified training as an early childhood educator or equivalent qualification recognized by local authorities
  • Fluent English skills and German language skills at least at B2 level
  • Commitment to a child-centered approach and bilingual education
  • Experience in early childhood education or related field

Preferred

  • Experience with bilingual teaching and international environments
  • Interest in STEM, music, and creative learning approaches
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing educational methodologies
