The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will deliver high-quality early years education aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. This role is ideal for educators passionate about supporting children’s development and building strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development and progress.
• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs, including EAL and SEND.
• Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on progress.
• Maintain accurate learning journals and assessment records.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent).
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching within EYFS (British curriculum preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development (ages 2–5).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and welfare requirements in early years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with British curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Experience with bilingual or multilingual education.
