Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic child development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement early years curricula
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children’s progress
• Support children’s social and emotional development through positive interactions
• Monitor and assess children’s progress in line with early years education standards
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and learning
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children
• Strong understanding of early years development and learning
• Ability to plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience with early years assessment and observation techniques

Preferred

• Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural setting
• Familiarity with international early years curricula
• Confidence in managing a classroom in a calm and positive manner
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
