Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and international education standards.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian ethos and values of Challenge, Community, and Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-faith environment.
Preferred
- Experience with the IB Diploma or IGCSE programmes.
- Familiarity with student leadership and voice initiatives.
- Experience in extra-curricular programme development or delivery.
- Fluency in a second language.
