The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting learners through their Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship journeys. You will be instrumental in driving up standards and contributing to the school’s already high achievement rates and learner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in the Early Years sector.
  • Support learners in developing the skills and knowledge required for successful completion of their apprenticeships.
  • Work closely with employer partners to ensure training meets industry standards and employer needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of apprenticeship programs across multiple sectors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to learners to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and ensure training reflects current best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s strong reputation for excellence in education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven industry experience in Early Years education or a related field.
  • Recent professional development in training or education.
  • Experience as a successful apprenticeship trainer or in a similar training role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple employer partners.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering apprenticeship programs.
  • Knowledge of Early Years qualifications and standards.
  • Experience working with learners and employers in the education sector.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
