Summary:
Education Team Manager needed to lead and support SEND education provision in a dynamic and growing team.

As an Education Team Manager, you will lead and support a team of educators in delivering high-quality education for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of education staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of teaching programs and support staff to achieve excellent outcomes for students.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and promote positive working relationships across stakeholders.
- Ensure all education provision meets the required standards and aligns with the school’s mission.
- Support staff in their professional development and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to support student learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
- Level 2 ICT qualification (or equivalent competence).
- Strong understanding of teaching, learning, and assessment practices for SEND learners.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
Preferred
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., 7307/PTLLS/AET/Cert Ed).
- Experience with post-16 SEND learning and quality assurance processes.
