The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure the integrity and security of examinations, following guidelines and regulations during exam sessions. This role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail and a strong commitment to educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise examination sessions to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of examination papers and procedures.
  • Monitor candidates to prevent malpractice and maintain a fair and secure environment.
  • Report any irregularities or concerns to the appropriate authority.
  • Assist in the setup and administration of examinations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to examinations.
  • Support the smooth running of examination periods, including pre and post-exam procedures.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a consistent and professional approach to invigilation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a secure environment for students.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with exam regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with online or remote invigilation methods.
  • Flexibility to work on a casual, as-and-when-required basis.
