Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Strong ability to create engaging lesson plans for young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to child development and inclusive education

Preferred

• Experience with international curriculum standards
• Familiarity with British Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of child psychology and early learning theories
