The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and curriculum-based lessons following the United Kingdom curriculum.
  • Foster holistic development in young learners through play-based and structured learning activities.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports emotional and social growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective teaching strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to support student progress and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of assessment methods.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative teaching techniques.
  • Support the school’s mission by promoting Islamic values alongside Western educational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience within an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum for Early Years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Islamic values and culture in an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with technology integration in early childhood education.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar qualifications.
